70 year old patient with diabetic and hypertension got admitted in CCU through Emergency on 05/07/2017 evening with the complaints of Central Compressive Chest Pain.
Patient was diagnosed as NSTEMI (heart-attack). Dr. Mohammad Mizanur Rahman, Consultant – Clinical & Interventional Cardiology did the Coronary Angiogram (CAG) on 06/07/2017. The Angiogram revealed Left main with Triple Vessel Coronary Artery Disease (left main – 50% – 60%, LAD – 85% stenosis, LCX – 80%, Ramus – small caliber 99% & RCA – 30% – 40% stenosis).
Stenting has been done successfully from left main coronary artery (LMCA) to left anterior descending artery (LAD) & left circumflex (LCX). Procedure was uneventful. The patient was discharged on 10/07/2017 in stable condition.
