• Prof. Dr. Qamrul Alam Saleh completed his MBBS from Mymensingh Medical College (MMC) and obtained his MS in Orthopaedics from RIHD, presently known as the National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation (NITOR).
• He is the former Professor of Orthopaedics at NITOR and also served as Registrar of Casualty at Sir Salimullah Medical College (SSMC) Mitford Hospital. After completing his MS, he began his orthopaedic career at SSMC Mitford Hospital. Later, He joined NITOR as Assistant Professor and was subsequently promoted to Associate Professor and then Professor of Orthopaedics.
• Dr. Saleh has over 30 years of professional experience in Orthopaedics, Trauma, and Pelvic-Acetabular Surgery. He has successfully conducted numerous complex surgeries at NITOR and in prominent private hospitals across Bangladesh.
• Prof. Dr. Saleh has enriched his expertise through advanced prestigious international training programs. He also attend the Treatment of Difficult Fractures (SIGN) in Washington (USA).
• He has successfully completed the Arthroscopy Course at Kyung Hee University and Samsung Medical Center in Seoul (Korea); the Ilizarov Course in Kurgan (Russia); the AO Trauma Course-Basic Principles in Dhaka (Bangladesh); the AO Trauma Courses-Pelvis & Acetabulum in Graz (Austria), the AO Trauma Courses-Pelvis & Acetabulum in Chicago (USA) and the AO Trauma Courses-Pelvis & Acetabulum in Cairns (Australia).
• Dr. Saleh has 15 publications in various fields of Orthopaedics and Traumatology and has actively participated in numerous international orthopaedic conferences.
• Prior to joining Asgar Ali Hospital, he served as Senior Consultant of Orthopaedics and Trauma at Evercare Hospital Dhaka.
• Now Prof. Dr. Qamrul Alam Saleh is serving as Senior Consultant of Orthopaedics and Trauma at Asgar Ali Hospital.
