• Dr. Somayra Nasreen obtained her MBBS from Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College & Hospital.
• She has successfully completed:

       -  FCPS (Fellow of the College of Physicians & Surgeons) in Paediatrics

       -  MD in Paediatric Cardiology

       -  Post Graduate Fellowship in Paediatric Cardiology for 1 year at "Amrita Institute of Medical Science", 

           Kochin, Kerala, India.

       -  Training in Fetal Echocardiography from the same institute in India.

• Dr. Somayra is currently an Associate Professor in Paediatric Cardiology at the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD).
